Presentations & Pitches

Below is a collection of presentations, case studies, and pitches crucial to my deepened understanding of marketing tactics and strategy as well as management objectives.

Nissan Pitch

I was one of three cohort members selected to pitch a multi-year partnership between Nissan and UTK graduate programs at the Franklin headquarters in September of 2023. Our team initiated a partnership for the two institutions and acquired funding for future collaboration. 

TTI Pitch

This presentation was awarded 2nd place in a TTI Pitch Competition to create the most effective realignment plan for TTI's potential restructuring.

Safe Chef

This presentation stemmed from the goal to find white space in a saturated market. I came up with the idea for Safe Chef because of friends and family members of mine who suffer from autoimmune disorders and food allergies. Safe Chef is a meal subscription service that specifically caters to consumers needing dietary substitutes and strict ingredient handling. My contributions also included creating the company logo, the creative brief for launch, and segmentation/targeting/positioning.

SPSS Book Analysis

Using SPSS, I and four other cohort members collected and analyzed data from Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Goodreads, and Library Thing. I was responsible for collecting data regarding books within the Classics category. Our team conducted crucial correlations, linear and binary regressions, and forecasting mechanisms to gain insight into consumer buying patterns. We determined that authors should aim to sell their books at Barnes & Noble because Amazon consumers are more price sensitive but that Amazon reviews carry more weight because of their star system.

Celsius Analysis

I and three other master's cohort members conducted an overhaul of Celsius and the energy drink industry. I was responsible for the Celsius SWOT Analysis and health claim information which demonstrated Celsius' competitive advantage in terms of nutritional content. This presentation also delved into the consumer persona, collaborators, and competitors.
